Shipping & Returns

Bilter Apparel offers free shipping for all orders over $75 in the continental USA. For customers shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, orders will ship via UPS Standard for $39 and takes 5-8 business days for arrival. 

If you need to return an item, please note that we can only accept items returned in perfect re-sellable condition. This means no signs of wear, wash, or alteration of any kind. If these conditions are met, you can mail the items to the address listed on your original package within 14 days of original purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you fail to ship your items within the above time frame, your package will be returned to you.
